The Irwindale Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that we have partnered with local HR organization and chamber member, Human Approach HR, for a quarterly series of HR-related workshops tailored to the business community! Take advantage of this opportunity to learn from a HR professional and ask any questions you may have related to your business!

Join us for the second session in our In It to Win It Irwindale series! At this quarter's workshop, we will be examining how to avoid and handle wrongful termination claims with our speakers,
HR Consultant Yolanda Quintana and
Attorney Noah Green. Through this discussion, we will also learn the importance of creating a creating a strong, collaborative relationship between your business and your HR and legal departments.

Human Approach HR (HAHR), for our first session in our
In It to Win It Irwindale series, a quarterly knowledge sharing workshop program for the business community! At this quarter's workshop, we will discuss the difficult, but important, topic of harassment in the workplace. Speaker
Yolanda Quintana will go into depth of harassment as a whole and preventing it early in the process.
This workshop will cover the state required California Sexual Harassment/Discrimination Prevention for Supervisors and Managers training. Certificates will be on hand at the event, if required by an employer.
Our workshop will be held on
Thursday, March 30 from 8:30 to 10:30 AM
at the Irwindale Community Room (16102 Arrow Hwy., Irwindale, CA, 91706). Continental breakfast will be served, and included with each ticket!
